The top two finishers from Sunday’s $75,000 Grand Prix of Tampa, Leslie Howard and Laura Chapot, notched the first two victories of the day on Tuesday as the 2006 Winter Equestrian Festival moved into the final homestretch at the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center in Tampa, Florida.
