Becky Holder (USA) and Courageous Comet Lead the Pack After Cross-Country Phase at the 2006 Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by Farnam

It was a big and challenging course that greeted the 59 horse-and-rider combinations going into Saturday’s grueling cross-country phase at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event presented by Farnam. And while many Kentuckians’ minds were on next weekend’s Kentucky Derby and the “most exciting two minutes in sports,” the eventing world and tens of thousands of visitors to the nation’s horse center in Lexington jammed the expansive cross-country course. 2006 FEI General Assembly - Special Update, day 3

The third day of the FEI General Assembly was the day of the Geographical Group meetings. The 134 National Federations affiliated to the FEI are divided into nine geographical Groups in order to coordinate activities and facilitate communication. The Groups convened to discuss topics of common interest which will be presented tomorrow to the FEI Bureau. (Read on…)

The KL Grand Prix presented by MAS Kargo attracts a world class field on the Saturday night of the Kuala Lumpur World Cup Final show.

Young Charlotte Morse of Hong Kong gets them started. Riding the beautiful Westfalian stallion Lanceretto (Lancer x Grannus), she rides a fantastic round. Only the Terengganu Boat fence with the water tray beneath comes down for 4 penalties in a time of 77.39 secs. (Read on…)
