Friday sees Canadian’s back on top at Spruce Meadows in both the AltaGas Cup and the Devon Cup
With a forecast for good weather for the weekend, the smiles returned to both fans and competitors faces at the Continental.
In the $25,000 Devon Cup, a 1.50M Table A, Article 238.2.1. with just One Round, Ian Millar and In Stlye were victorious by almost a second over Susan Artes (USA) riding Presto B. Richard Spooner was third on Air Time in this class which produced 8 fault free performances.

Eric Lamaze again claimed victory at Spruce Meadows, this time he was aboard Ronaldo in the 1.40m $25,000 AltaGas Cup, a Table A, Article 238.2.2. with One Jump Off. Lamaze had a double clear ride that was more than a second faster than second place finisher Ashley Fleischhacker and Uncle Sam. Great Britain’s Mark Armstrong was third on Rex.
