Margie Gayford Continues to Lead Canadian League World Cup Standings

Erynn Ballard of Hillsburgh, ON, is right behind Pearce in fourth position with a total of 43 qualifying points while Hyde Moffatt of Brantford, ON, is close behind in fifth place with 41 points

The next event on the Canadian League World Cup calendar is the CN World Cup Qualifier Grand Prix to be held Wednesday, November 8, at the Royal Horse Show in Toronto, ON.

Traditionally, the Canadian League World Cup Final was held at the Royal Horse Show. However, the Canadian League has been now been extended into the 2007 season and will conclude when the final World Cup Qualifying event in the United States, CSI-W San Juan Capistrano, California, is held from April 4-8. The extension of the Canadian League allows horse-rider combinations competing in Florida and California to gain valuable points in the hopes of being one of two Canadian representatives at the 2007 World Cup Final taking place in Las Vegas, USA, from April 19-22.
