Nicole Shahinian-Simpson (USA) and Denis Lynch (IRE) lead Longines Elegance Award after Rome

The CSIO Piazza di Siena (Italy), where Longines was once again the official partner and timekeeper, lived up to its expectations last weekend.
At the second stage of the restyled Longines Press Award for Elegance, the following horseriders were the best performing female and male riders in Rome:
Female horserider:
1. Nicole Shahinian-Simpson (USA)
Male horserider:
1. Dennis Lynch (Ireland)
These same two riders are also leading the intermediate ranking of the global Longines Press Award for Elegance, which will be awarded at the CSIO Barcelona on September 19th, 2008. Each winner will receive a trophy, a set of two Longines watches and a cheque for CHF 20,000.
